Understanding the Property Card

Clicking on a property will bring up the card which has lots of important information regarding the property. In this course we will only cover pricing and collections. More information can be found in the materials tab.

Each property in Upland has a price that is a function of the following 3 things:

  1. Size – measured in UP2
  2. Collections
  3. Neighborhood value – Just like in the real world as you would expect a property in downtown to cost more per square meter compared to a property of the same size in the suburbs, the same is true in Upland. Upland assigns a base value to each neighborhood.

The basic mint price calculation assuming the property is not part of a collection is:

neighborhood value [UPX/UP2] * property size [UP2] = mint price [UPX]
