To fully participate in the Sparklet economy in Upland, it is important to ensure you have verified your identity by completing the KYC (know your customer) process. The process requires players to verify their identity through a 3rd party service provider – Tilia. If you choose not to do this, you will miss out on opportunities to earn Sparklet within Upland as well as other activities.
