The merger of MFH into UCC will create a division under the new UCC Financial umbrella, MFH-UCC, with JadenH as UCC’s new Director of Finance and President, MFH-UCC. MFH-UCC will have the autonomy to operate under its prime mission of growing the investment portfolio of its investors and shareholders.
