Build Service Structure With YK2012

Below are a list of service structures that YK2012 has the designs for. If you are interested in having one of these built for you, as one of the most trusted members of the Upland metaverse the Upland Guide can facilitate this. These structure designs were sold for a limited time, so having this built on a specific property you own can only be done by transferring ownership of the property to someone who own the design. Giving up ownership of an important property can be quite risky. As one of the most well known and trusted members of the community you can be sure that by working with YK2012, your property is in safe hands. The following is how YK2012 will work with you on your construction projects.

  1. Reach out to YK2012 in game, through my social media channels or by email.
  2. Include your username, property address where the structure is to be built, and structure type. Indicate if you intend on contributing Sparklet to the construction, and how much.
  3. YK2012 will provide you with a quote for the construction project.
  4. Use the Upland Playground to verify the structure can fit on the property you wish to build on. Send a screenshot to YK2012 to indicate exact placement of the structure on the property, as well as the color scheme code (explained below). Learn more here about how to utilize the playground.
  5. After agreeing on the terms, YK2012 will provide you with a property address.
  6. Make an offer to YK2012 to trade the address listed above for the property you wish to have the building constructed on.
  7. YK2012 will begin construction on your property with the agreed upon amount of Sparklet.
  8. YK2012 will notify you upon completion of the structure
  9. Make YK2012 a trade back for the property.
  10. YK2012 will accept the trade only after completion of agreed upon payment.

Below are the service structures that YK2012 can build for you. When indicating the colors scheme, use the code PSD, where P is Primary, S is Secondary, and D is detail. For example, the color scheme below is 1D2

The Spark Hours is to be multiplied by the current Sparklet adjustment factor.
