Come join us in our building fun in the Sunset Neighborhood of San Francisco, The Sunset neighborhood consists of 2 separate neighborhoods, and both neighborhoods qualify. We wanted to build all of Upland, but we only have so much time! The reason we chose this area is because Sunset is a San Francisco Collection, and it’s some of the cheapest property left in San Francisco! We believe this area is tremendously undervalued, and we want to reward people who jump in now! Come join us in building and join our discord server!
We have Prizes! Every property with a new structure before January 10th will add 10,000 UPX to a Grand Prize Pool! We will also have more prizes throughout the contest! We have guaranteed UPX and Spark Rental Prizes after every 10 structures are completed. Only new structures count. This event is now LIVE. ( started Dec 4) We will be giving out UPX, Spark Rentals, Property, Legits, and Block Explorers!
To Enter: Anyone can Enter. Every Structure completed between Dec 4 and Jan 9 in Sunset will add to the prize pool. The property owner will be the prize winner (whoever has the title at time of drawing is the winner). There will be one winner per drawing. You can win more than once. Grand Prize will be drawn after the event is over. Other prizes will be drawn during the event.
