Congratulations to Playa Del Rey in Los Angeles for earning Upland’s first node collection as part of Upland’s monthly Neighborhood Ratings Node Collection Spawn Challenge. Every month a new neighborhood will spawn a new standard collection earning property holders the opportunity to get a one time bonus plus boosted monthly earnings if they hold the relevant number of properties in that neighborhood. Playa Del Rey will now enter the second collection challenge to further boost its earnings. This competition includes all neighborhoods that have spawned collections- whether it be through this challenge, or by being part of Upland’s predefined collection nodes as part of city releases.
