With the release of Miami in the Upland Metaverse, Upland has announced an exclusive structure that players can build for a limited time. For only one week (ending December 15th at 9AM PT, players can build this exclusive townhouse (named Miami Town House 1). The build time is 2,600 spark hours, and you require a minimum of 0.23 spark to start the build.
Note that there is no timeline for structure completion, the requirement is that you begin the build before the deadline. Learn more about spark and how to obtain it here.
This is the first time that Upland has announced an exclusive structure to be built after a new city release. This will hopefully help to jump start construction within the city, and help to jump start some community nodes as people begin to work together developing their newly minted neighborhoods.
