For the 2023 NFL season, minting of NFLPA Legits will work differently than seasons past. Upland will be selling Legits as part of bundles. A bundle contains a predefined number of Legits, where the specific players are unknown. Once purchased, the bundle is transferred to your account and automatically opened. Note that you are unable to sell bundles to other players. Below are the 3 types of bundles that can be purchased in Upland.
NFLPA Legits Bundle Types
- Contents: This bundle will include a unique mix of Essentials (Common Legits) from multiple teams.
- When to buy: Available all season long.
- Where to buy: Upland Store - your block explorer can be in any city.
- Bundle cost: TBA
- Quantity: unlimited
- Contents: This bundle will include a unique mix of Essentials (Common Legits) of a specific team.
- When to buy: Available all season long.
- Where to buy: These Bundles will be sold only within the relevant team's stadium. Your block explorer must be in range of the stadium.
- Bundle cost: TBA
- Quantity: unlimited
- Contents: This type of bundle will include a unique mix of Legits - Essentials (Common Legits) from multiple teams and a chance of containing a Pass Legit.
The pass legit is for a specific team and a specific week.
- When to buy: These bundles are purchased during the given week. After the week is completed, passes from that week can no longer be minted. For example, during week 6 of the NFL season, players will be able to purchase these bundles. At the completion of week 6, these bundles will be discontinued and players will be able to purchase bundles for week 7.
