Upland’s 4th Genesis Week just concluded. This was the second time that there was in person events held in Las Vegas at the Sahara hotel. In addition to the new city opening of Berlin, Germany, Upland made announcements of a number of new features and presented community awards in the following categories.
- Player of the Year: Shaktilyn
- Designer of the Year: Antikmaster
- Broadcaster of the Year: YK2012 (thats me!)
In addition to the community awards, a hackathon was held with the following projects taking home top prizes in their respective categories:
- FIFA Track: FIFA Fantasy League by Hacker and ikris
- Innovation track: Block Raiders by Desjaak and team
- FIFA Design Challenge: Around the World by deathender
