Upland’s mixed use structures are the best combination of residential structures and service structures that enable you to utilize the structure as a dual function. These structures include a service aspect such as a cafe, or clothing store on the ground floor and residential living units on the upper floors. In order to build up your neighborhood, and attract virtual Uppies as residents, you need both these residential and service structures. The residential structures are where residents will live, and service structures attract these residents. Just like all structures, Sparklet is required in order to construct them.
